The TeamAware project has been completed successfully with the completion of the official project review together with the review team assigned by the European Commission.
TeamAware is a Horizon 2020 research project, whose main objective it is to develop an integrated and cost-efficient situational awareness system for first responders that integrates different sensor units including drone mounted, wearable, and external sensor systems. TeamAware enhances crisis management, flexibility and reaction capabilities of first responders from different sectors through real-time, fused, refined, and manageable information by using highly-standardised augmented reality and mobile human machine interfaces.
Within the TeamAware project, Innova Integra is developing the bi-directional link between first responders and citizens to ensure effective and efficient bi-directional communication and in order to ensure the safety of citizens in emergency scenarios.
